What information do we collect?

The following information is processed and stored: 

• Identification and contact information such as organization, name, address, telephone number and email address

• Information related to transactions on our website, such as cookies, IP address device identifier and customer identifier

• Information related to site visits and data from third parties such as Google Analytics, Plausible Analytics, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) and obtained supplemental customer data (including public registers maintained by authorities) 

• We may obtain information from our partners for the purpose of delivering products. 

What is the purpose to process your personal data and what are the legal bases for use of the data?

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: 

• To offer our services and products, process your order and manage your account. We do this in order to fulfill our contractual obligations towards you as well as based on our legitimate interest.

How long do we store your data?

We keep your data only as long as we need to provide you with our products or services. Website visitor analytics is kept according to the Cookie policy. 

Do we transfer your data?

We do not transfer information from the registers to third parties. Exceptions are: 

• approved third parties that process personal data, to whom data can be disclosed in accordance with the applicable legislation. 

• information related to operational development and reporting, from which individual persons cannot be identified. 

Is data transferred outside the EU or EEA?

We may transfer personal data to countries that reside outside of the EU/EEA in case the data is stored in cloud services. If we do that, we will ensure that all such transfers will take place only subject to the requirements set out in applicable law, particularly chapter V of the GDPR.
